You haven't mention your category, without category it is quite difficult to say because different category have different cutoffs. Assuming that you are from General category. It is difficult to secure admission in IISER Bhopal in last Counselling. To get IISER Bhopal you should score atleast 110 marks. Don't Lose hope you can try in Counselling I hope you can get seat in IISER Bhopal in last counselling.

I think you mean Chemical Sciences/Chemistry. There are no Chemical Engineering courses in IISER, all courses are under a structured Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Curriculum.

Secondly, yes you will recieve your KVPY Scholarship during the course of your degree once enrolled, provided you crack KVPY SA/SX/SB.

IISER ADMISSION PROCESS

KVPY Channel : Candidates need to have a valid rank in KVPY to get admission through this channel.

JEE Advanced Channel : Candidates need to have rank within 10000 in JEE Advanced in order to enter through JEE Advanced.

SCB Channel : Candidates need to have a valid score which must be greater than cutoff marks in IISER Aptitute Test.

According to your marks there are chances of you getting admission in IISER Berhampur. This year cutoff  is also expected to decrease due to increase in no of seats offered through IAT. You have to stay upto last to get selected in any IISER.

Hi ! Yes, you can get it easily on the basis of your rank and marks in gate exam. Yes, you can get it because to get in IISER the minimum Percentile required in gate examination is 95-96 percentile. And you have also got information letter which indicates you have been called for interview. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.

Both colleges are actually the best colleges in terms of placements and infrastructure.But, doing btech from cs in bms college is the best option.

The college is very good for all the students who want to have a career in research .It is very good and a safe place for girls .

For your consideration here is the review of IISER :

If you love pure science, then IISER is best for you in India.IISER Bhopal is for those who want to go in for research in basic sciences. If you have an aptitude for academics & research, then this is a good choice.

 Facility's here are well qualified with PhDs from abroad. They are very helpful and they start from basic so that students can easily understand. They also have their teaching assistants who can solve students doubts. Slideshows, models, simulation and videos are used for teaching.

 As IISER comes under central government it has a very good infrastructure and also the campus is big. IISER has 24x7 Wi-Fi facility in classrooms, hostels and shopping complex. Classrooms here are like theatre and also document camera (projector) is used for teaching. There is a hospital with allopathy, homeopathy and ayurvedic doctors and its free of cost. The campus has multiple canteens, mess, grocery and bakery shops and a shopping complex with a restaurant. Each student is provided with a single room from 2nd year onwards, and each room has a dedicated LAN port along with other basic amenities. The campus has completed its construction phase and has grown quite a lot of green cover as well.

This campus can be called GREEN campus as it is on a hill with greenery everywhere. There are many events like Armageddon (Gaming fest), Enthuzia (annual cultural fest), Sunburn campus, TEDx, Model UN, DJ Nights etc. The nearest air port is Raja Bhoj Airport Bhopal, and the nearest railway station is Bhopal Junction. Many students in IISER get internships abroad. There are many clubs like Astronomy club, Music club, Dance club, Physics Chemistry Biology Maths Computer Science clubs.
