Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) is a national-level scholarship/fellowship program conducted to promote and encourage highly driven students to opt for research careers in basic science courses. It is initiated and funded by the Department of Science and Technology of the Government of India. Students who qualify KVPY, known as the KVPY fellows, receive a monthly scholarship up to pre Ph. D. level.
There are 3 streams for which KVPY is conducted - SA, SX, and SB. The eligibility criteria for KVPY 2018-19 for these streams are mentioned below.
SA - Candidates must be studying science stream in class 11. A candidate must secure a minimum of 75% in math and science subjects in class 10th board exams. For SC, ST, and PWD, the minimum required marks is 65%.
SX - Candidates must be studying science stream in class 12. A candidate must secure a minimum of 75% in math and science subjects in class 10th board exams. For SC, ST and PWD, the minimum required marks is 65%. To avail the scholarship, the candidate must secure a minimum of 60% in math and science subjects in class 12th board exams to take up the fellowship. For SC, ST and PWD, the minimum required marks is 50%.
SB - Candidates must be studying in their 1st year of Bachelor degree in any of the Basic Science courses. A candidate must secure a minimum of 60% in math and science subjects in class 12th board exams. For SC, ST and PWD, the minimum required marks is 50%. To avail the scholarship, the candidate must secure a minimum of 60% in the first year of his undergraduate course to take up the fellowship. For SC, ST and PWD, the minimum required marks is 50%.
The subjects included under Basic Sciences include B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.Sc./Int. M.S. in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Ecology, Molecular Biology, Botany, Zoology, Physiology, Biotechnology, Neurosciences, Bioinformatics, Marine Biology, Geology, Human Biology, Genetics, Biomedical Sciences, Applied Physics, Geophysics, Materials Science and Environmental Science.
Note: Students enrolled under distance education or correspondence course for their undergraduate program are not eligible to apply for KVPY.

"yes" if you pass your class 12 this year then you will eligible for jee mains and jee advance next year also and iiser ake admsision on jee mains/jee advance .
there are also other exam on which iiser take admission you may also try through that exam like scb and kvpy.

Yes, dear, you can apply, Student who passed 10+2 level with science stream in 2018,2019 are eligible to apply for admission and appear for IAT 2019. According to your marks, you are eligible for this exam.

Aryan, For Admissions to BS-MS (Dual-Degree) Programme 2019 in IISER, the institue clearly mentions the eligibility as " Candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent level exam with science stream in 2018 or 2019 are eligible to apply for admissions. "

IISER have three admission channels: JEE Advanced, KVPY and SCB (State and Central Board) channel.
For the first two you have to appear in respective exams and clear them.
If you are refering to SCB channel which is based on 12th marks then you have to specify your board as they have different cutoffs for different boards. If you are from CBSE board then you are eligible and can apply in via SCB channel. As per the cutoff it will be decided whether you are eligible or not and you will have to write the entrance exam. If you qualify the entrance then further procedures are followed. Here is the link for the different board cutoffs.

The eligibility criteria of IISER is :Those who have passed 10+2 in 2018 or will pass in 2019 are only eligible through three channels:
1.JEE Advance
2.KVPY
3.SCB: IAT aptitude test.
You are not eligible for any of these.

College infrastructure is somewhat better and provide good facilities and College infrastructure is somewhat better and provide good facilities and laboratories and good libraries to us Class rooms are good.
We get very good food and the arrangement is good. Although you need to bring things like mattress, bucket etc. But otherwise hostel rooms are spacious and very clean. All other facilities mentioned are very good. We have good class room with well maintaining.
The college campus has wifi facility except for hostel rooms , but they are planning to provide there also . The college labs are well equipped and have everything you need will be there in the lab .
