Hello aspirant,
Depends on your choice of branches.

If your looking for the Pure Sciences, then no. None of the IISERs mandatory require a math background for BS-MS admissions.

However, if you are applying for the Engineering Science (EECS and Chem. Engineering) and the Economics programme at IISER Bhopal, then you are required to have a math background in 11th and 12th.

Also, as a previous answer pointed out, the Aptitude Test has 25% questions from Mathematics. So if you are a non-math student, you would be well-advised to maybe spend the last couple of months going over a few basics from the 11th and 12th NCERT textbooks, so as to be able to score a few marks atleast in the Math section.

Also, if you don't have mathematics in high school, its advised that you learn the basics, because you'll have to learn the same content much more in-depth in your first year at IISER, and that may prove to be extremely challenging.
Hope it helps,thankyou.

Hello aspirant,
Yeah.jee advanced cutoff about 125 for a general category with minimunm score about 15 can get lower branches at IITs and IISC based on previous year trends in admission into IITs and IISC,ie just qualifying jee advanced, have chances with IITs.

Dear Tabaan, when you say you are studying Integrated B.Sc Biotechnology course, isnt it a 5 year B.Sc+M.Sc course? And once you are done with B.Sc, you want to study M.Sc in IISER? We are afraid it doesnt work that way. The Integrated course is for 5 years and you are awarded your degree and certificates of course completion post the course which is 5 years. But please check with your Institution if they offer degree certificates post the completion of B.Sc. If yes, you may as well give it a try.

Hello Aspirant,

It would be difficult to tell you the exact as cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors such as difficulty level of the exam, No. Of candidates appeared for the exam, performance of the candidates etc.

However you can check the previous year cutoff with the given below link.
