Accommodation is made available to those coming from outside. Accommodation is, however, limited and is provided on a first-cum-first-served basis. A mess facility is also available in the respective hostels. Students, however, manage the mess themselves. Separate rules for boys have been framed and hostellers have to strictly adhere to them in both letter and spirit.

The University has over 70,000 books and more than 6000 rare manuscripts in its Central Library, known as ‘Vardhman Granthagar’. The Institute subscribes to more than 150 Journals, e-journals, and Periodicals. The entire books and reference database in the library have been computerized and the students can search using the "KOHA" cloud-based software. Internet and Xerox facilities are also available in the library for the students.

The University believes in the all-round development of students and encourages them to participate in sports including adventurous sports, indoor and outdoor games, cultural activities, etc. The Institute also organizes various community-based programs that provide opportunities for students to learn the techniques of leadership quality, and enrich their knowledge and soft skills.

The University has a State of Art Computer Laboratory. High-speed internet facility is available through lease line. Regular students and staff members of the Institute make the best use of these facilities to update themselves with the latest developments in their respective fields. All the departments and study centers have been connected through LAN.

The well-equipped hygienic canteen is situated on Campus.

JVB University provides bus facility for students and it covers almost every corner of the near by areas. The Institute owns a fleet of 04 buses equipped with safety features like Fire-extinguishers, First-aid Box and GPS.

The college has an alumni association membership which is open to all the present students of JVBI as well as those who have passed out and are working in different positions in different organizations. The Institute organizes alumni meetings every year. This meeting aims at assisting the present students, in their final placement, training (block placement), and field visits, and provide them guidance about the corporate world.

The University has nurtured the communication skills of students in English the Institute has a state-of-art Language Lab. The methodology includes computer-based training for developing English communication skills among students using unique and special Audio-visual, Multimedia, and English Learning Software.

The University has its own Guest House with matchless lodging and board facilities for Institute's guests.
