All the faculties are good if the classes are taken by profesersors themselves. Semester starts late and most if the time we have to complete out syllabus in almost half of the time . Classes are almost regular.
As it is a government college faculties are well experienced but they don't know how to teach, they just need to complete their syllabus they didn't care if students are understanding or not. Some of them are supportive some are not.

Kumaun University do offers BA LLB program under its constituent colleges. The total seats offered for BA LLB program is 180 while the course fee for the program is INR 1.41 Lakhs. If we talk about the main campus, Kumaun University offers LLB Self Finance which has total seats of 160 while the fee structure is INR 62,000. BA LLB course is not offered in the Main campus but in the allied colleges of the Kumaun University, Nainital.

Yes. Obviously you can take admission in 2nd year in other college. This process is called lateral entry. Yes you can ,its named as lateral entry but after diploma & if you study 1st year from a college and want to change the college to 2nd year its also possible but with no backlogs.
Transfer from college to college or university to university is possible. The procedure for transfer is - Transfer from one College to another : -(1)A student desirous of transfer from one College to another shall apply to the Registrar in the prescribed manner for permission for such transfer .
