The course curriculum of the university is well designed and co-ordinate as per today's industry needs.
The University has an average track record of placing students at reputed companies the placement cell works actively and support students during the placement season drive, company from various sectors like agriculture Research Organisations and some other government sector visit the campus through the placement drive. Overall university provides and ample amount of opportunities to students in order to get there job or internship offers effectively.
It is Indias Top level university for agricultural and food technology related studies, fees structure is very low, you will endure your Hostel Mess fees around 3000 per month which is an affordable amount.
In our University there is an Agricultural society and every year there is sports meet organised by the university in which every college participate also during the Kisan Mela you can get to interact with many farmers of India coming to the campus from all over the India.
The college has a very good infrastructure. The library is very big, labs being equipped with all the necessary equipments. The classrooms are too large as compared to the number of students. The livings spaces are very clean around.
The college provides not only theoretical but also practical knowledge of everything. The professors teaching us are so experienced that they clear each and every doubt and topic in a satisfactory way.
My degree at max offers government jobs more as compared to that in the private sector. But jobs worth Rs 4-5 lacs are offered to the students interested in the private sector. Most of the students indulge themselves in pursuing masters.
Being a government university, the cost of the course in minimal as compared to private and deemed universities. I don't feel my money getting worth as agriculture is a sector which is the most essential for survival, hence can't be an unemployed one.
The campus life at GBPUAT is full of greenery. Walking on the roads to reach the college from hostel, experiencing the beauty of nature makes it much more pleasing. The students as well as teachers are very supportive and is a safe place to join.
My college had a very good infrastructure that can fulfil all the academic requirements of a student. There are well equipped laboratories o facilitate all the practical works. Also the college had a well managed ,organized and well furnished library for prompt dissemination of information embodied in the resources.
The college significantly contributes in the overall academic development of a student by providing a dynamic curriculum which assist in their self improvement and helps them to excel in every sphere of educational activities.
The placements provided by the college are not so good nd satisfying. Although every year 40-50% students get placed but the salary packages offered are not upto the mark , so there are very few students who actually accept these placements.
As I did bachelor's in agriculture, so the annual cost of my course was 1-1.5 lakh which seems to be quite high as there are many other institutions which provide this course at a reasonable price.
Students get to explore themselves by engaging in different cultural, sports activities organized by the college. There are lot of rules nd restrictions for the safety of the students. So the campus is extremely safe.
There are very excellent living conditions, along with world-class sports facilities. There are good hygienic toilets and bathrooms. Single sharing rooms are available from 2nd year onwards, and the size of the rooms is also huge. Badminton court, table tennis tables, cricket field, volleyball field and everything is available here sports ground
Very helpful, supportive and qualified faculty members are available here. Courses offered here are focused both on the core and non-core things as well. The quality of education provided is world-class, and the professors are highly educated. The course curriculum is also well balanced and maintained and very discipline
Analytical roles, core roles and consultant roles offered here are excellent. All top-class companies are open for chemical engineering and offer various roles in their firms. Placement stats are also world-class, and core companies which visit here are exceptionally well libraries are also available
The college infrastructure is good equipped with screens in all the classrooms and fully equipped laboratories in the departments providing the best environment to learn. The hostels are also good. Girls have double sharing rooms from the 2nd to 4th years.
One of the best agricultural universities, it has the best faculties who are very experienced. The teaching methodology is also practical based. The final year industrial attachment and ELP programs are a value addition.
3-4 lakh per annum average placement. If you seriously want to get placed work on yourself amd your domain knowledge. Be a member of college amd University societies for building your resume and personality development.
The college has a decent infrastructure, but there are some drawbacks. Classrooms lack AC and poor internet connection. Laboratories are adequate but could use modernization. The sports complex includes almost everything but for the gym, you have to go outside campus. Hostels are clean and students get single rooms for the second year, but it gets very hot during summers.
Teaching lacks updates, the curriculum is outdated with no inclusion of recent developments and teaching methods are outdated and use of very old notes by professors. Although the study environment is nice.
Placement quality is very poor, lack of emphasis on placements by the college, and very little support is provided to students by the college. No training is provided to students on job seeking and skills required to get a job.
Hostel and college fees are minimal making it affordable.
Campus life is nice if you make good friends.
The college infrastructure is good. It has recently been renovated and has been equipped with modern day teaching aids for better learning. The hostels are also good although the buildings are old. The food is satisfactory in hostels with good menu.
It is well known for academics and research. It is amongst the top 3 agriculture universities in india and the 1st agricultural University of india. All the teachers are scientists and researchers inculcating the practical aspects in their teaching methodologies.
The placements are average with the average package being around 3 to 4 lpa. Not many people opt for the placements as they have higher aspirations. The one who seeks for the placements can get with little bit of hardwork.
Infra is average. Some washrooms are clean and well maintained while some have insects crawling. Snakes appearances are common in summers. The mess food is fine, infrastructure for 1 year B.Tech is really nice, while from 2 year onwards its average. Girls need to take leave permission everytime from your parents, warden call your parents before giving you leave. So if you want to enjoy outing or trips in college life this is definitely not the college for you.
Honestly speaking, faculty members are a bit boring, but they are well qualified. They do not give their 100 percent to teach the students. They just go by the slides that they have copied from any book. Yes, this course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. End terms are very difficult, but midterms and quizzes are durable. In CS 101, out of 700 students, 55 fail in math, or about 51, so about 10 to 12% of students fail.
Placements in our college are completely low when compared to other colleges. College management is tried to get the companies to college. Our college is in the last position in placements. About 70% of the students from our course get placed. Top companies do not visit our college to recruit students from the last 2 years.

I am studying bsc Hons agriculture because I have interest in research field. The quality of teaching is best in our college. Tests are conducted for assessment. Our curriculum is updated and includes the recent and advanced development in the field.
Placements are also given in our college. Many pesticides, seeds and fertilizers companies come every year and hire students. The highest package is 8 lakhs per annum and the average package is 4 to 56 lakhs per annum ।
The fees is 50000 which includes hostel fees tution fees library etc .per semester .
Infrastructure is really awesome. Campus is clean. College has library facilities in respective departments. Hostels and classrooms are well maintained. Whole campus is fully equipped with Wi-Fi. It has the best environment for studies.
Faculties and laboratory executives are exceptionally supportive. They update curriculum before every semester starting. Daily doubt clearing sessions held at regular basis. Overall academics experience is awesome.
Placements Are too good. College’s previous placement record was around 80%. The training and placement cell is too supportive and helpful in nature. The average package was around 4 lpa and highest Package was around 15 lpa.
