The University's focus at RCU has always been to be at the forefront of optimum utilization of IT resources and leverage the power of IT in making the learning process, informative and engaging. The students are provided with hands-on experience and learning with state-of-the-art technology. The network architecture for IPEM involves laying down the foundations for a multi-services network, capable of providing the basic connectivity services and also facilitating new world technology drives, to empower the faculty and students with the most current learning tools and infrastructure. The state of the art computer labs covers over 6000 sq ft carpet area, having more than 450 latest Pentium-based computers. The internet facility is available round the clock using a wideband dedicated to an RF link of 4 Mbps. Each student is provided with a laptop of the latest configuration which becomes his/her property after successful completion of the course.

The University has a well-stocked and fully automated Library with over 4, 500+ titles, 45,000+ books, 800 video/audio cassettes and CDs, 600 Project Reports, Encyclopedia as well as Industry and company information sources. Library subscribes to around 145 reputed International and National Journals besides a number of Magazines and Newspapers. It provides access to reading material, information trends, and a vast collection of books and journals. The library has separate sections on IT and Management-related books, a section on Journals and Magazines, and a Reference section. The Reading Halls in the Library has a seating capacity of over 250. The automation of the library enabled to track the availability of any book easily and also help in accessing journals and books available electronically.

The University Group has provided separate hostel facilities for Boys located within the Campus. The Boy's hostel has a capacity of 125 students. The hostels are centrally air-cooled and have an excellent standard of living with round-the-clock availability of basic facilities such as separate beds, study tables, and cupboards. Hot water is provided during winters. Each of the hostels is managed by a dedicated Warden and has facilities of 24-hour Power back up, Mess, Common Room, Recreational Facilities- T.V/Indoor Games, Laundry, Phone, etc.

The University Group has provided separate hostel facilities for Girls located within the Campus. Girl’s hostel has a capacity of 80 students on a double sharing basis. The hostels are centrally air-cooled and have an excellent standard of living with round-the-clock availability of basic facilities such as separate beds, study tables, and cupboards. Hot water is provided during winters. Each of the hostels is managed by a dedicated Warden and has facilities of 24-hour Power back up, Mess, Common Room, Recreational Facilities- T.V/Indoor Games, Laundry, Phone, etc.

The University Gives Ample opportunity is afforded to students to flex their muscles and indulge in sporting activities; both indoor and outdoor, including Cricket, Football, Kabaddi, Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, and many more. We have a full-size outdoor stadium and presently a state-of-art indoor stadium is being built. In addition to being a source of rejuvenation, they also contribute toward building a healthy team spirit and improving group dynamics. We have created a modern and well-equipped gymnasium and fitness center headed by full-time instructors.

The University provides accommodation to the guests from other RCUs, Educational Institutions, Student Guardians, etc visiting RCU Nawadihkala, Bishrampur, Palamu, Jharkhand for official work/ project work or for attending conference/seminar/workshop/JEE/GATE meeting, etc. and at times for guests of RCU staff/parents of students, the institute runs a Guesthouse which has 5 air-conditioned rooms. The Guesthouse rooms are situated in two buildings. The main building where reception is located has two rooms and also runs a mess for the guests as well as for the faculty of the institute. The other building has 3 rooms out of which one room that is situated on the ground floor is similar to that of the main building. Each room is furnished with two beds, one LCD TV, AC, and other basic furniture. Rooms in the main building are equipped with a computer with an internet connection.

The University provides appropriate and quick medical attention to the students, it is necessary to have a good medical facility inside the campus. A 100 bedded hospital titled ShoeriChandravansi Hospital is within the campus and fulfills this important need. The on-campus medical hospital with trained doctors and nurses in attendance ensures the well-being of the students. Further, a 6-bedded Govt. Hospital is also located on the RCWT society land. Consequently, any student’s requirement for medical attention is taken care of within the campus itself. The University Students are privy to a unique Wi-Fi campus. The Wi-Fi campus enables the students to get online anywhere on campus without the hassle of wires and plug-ins. The campus truly is the high-tech face of the new-age RCU.
