About Sikkim University, Gangtok
Sikkim University was established in 2007 to provide quality higher education in the state of Sikkim. Sikkim University is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with a grade of “A”. Sikkim University Gangtok is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The mission and vision of the university is to provide quality education and nurture professionals to serve the society and the nation.

The Sikkim University has six schools of studies.
