Here is the eligibility criteria for B.sc Agriculture  :

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE PASSED 10+2 WITH AN AGGREGATE OF 50% AND MORE FROM A RECOGNIZED BOARD OF EDUCATION.

CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE OPTED SCIENCE AS STREAM IN 10+2 ,THERE SHOULD BE SUBJECTS SUCH AS PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, MATHEMATICS AND BIOLOGY.

ADMISSION IS DONE ON THE BASIS OF NATIONAL LEVEL ENTRANCE AND SOME UNIVERSITY/COLLEGE ALSO CONDUCT THEIR OWN ENTRANCE.

B.SC in Agriculture is an undergraduate course of having 4 years of duration. It is a degree in which Candidates need to study agricultural science,  modern agricultural techniques and technologies , equipments in practical application.

The course Fees varies college to college,  INR 7,000 - 40,000.

If we talk about the cut-off, then the cut-off score of TNAU 2021 is still to be released  but the previous year cut-off score was 199.5  for admission to UG courses.

Being a most backward class student being a most backward the student and the cutoff of 177 it may be said that according to previous years cutoff for admission in Tamilnadu Agriculture University for PG UG courses and its affiliated colleges the process of counselling as we started on August 7 2021.minimum cutoff score is depend upon the every year every years criteria of admission procedure. Other number of candidates appearing for the examination the difficulty level of questions, the successful candidates number and merit. Previous years cutoff was cut off for TNAU and its affiliated colleges.

Tamil Nadu Agricultural University offers admission to 10 UG programs in 14 constituents and 28 affiliated colleges. The TNAU 2021 admission to PG programs. Application process for Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) 2021 has not yet started.  The application process was supposed to start in the month of June 2021 but it was delayed. As of now there isn't any official announcement regarding the application. SO you have to wait until the application process starts. If you had a option why,not grab it ,ICAR is the exam for admissions in agriculture ,and if just ICAR is qualified there you go , it's enough to get admission.

ICAR exam pattern will be with 180 MCQ question in  online mode .with 5 sessions.and ICAR exam will be conducted by September 7th,8th and 13th of 2021 .

So prepare hard,for that. Keep your basics revised everytime .

The marks which you have scored in this TNAU exam is really good and as we all know that in terms of Agriculture related field a large number of students prefer and try a lot to get in the colleges under TNAU. Now as you are looking for Government colleges so you may face a huge competition due to demands of Government college as a large number of candidates try to get Government institution as it has a great future scope. So my advice would be that to get your rank first by using any rank predictor so that it will become very easy for you to check and compare your rank with the colleges you have listed for admissions and get a complete knowledge that where you have higher and better chance of securing admission.

Congratulations for your score. You have chances to get a seat in B.Sc Agri at TNAU, Coimbatore, but you will have higher chances to secure a seat at one of the 15 constituent and 28 affiliated private colleges which take admission through this test. As you mentioned that you belong to SC category, there are chances that you will get a good college under TNAU. You can also try for other courses if you have interest in them which require TNAU rank such as Horticulture, Sericulture or Agricultural Engineering at the main campus at Coimbatore. The securing of seat totally depends on the rank list of the year and the competition for that year.

No the TNAU counselling has not yet started. Tamil Nadu Agricultural University was supposed to start the TNAU 2021 admission for the academic session 2021-22 in the month of June but it has not yet started. There is a delay due to the ongoing pandemic but as the situation is now under control it is expected that the officials will soon release the forms. The officials have not yet declared any dates for the release of the application form. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. Based on the qualifying marks of the candidates, the rank list of TNAU admission 2021 will be released for the undergraduate and diploma programmes.

Icar AIEE Indian council of agriculture research released exam pattern and exam date in their official website. ICAR exam pattern is same all over India

For UG program it is mainly from the 12th CBSE board.it includes 20 question in Physics,50 question in chemistry, 50 question in biology, 50 question in maths,50 question in agriculture. The candidates should should attend 150 question out of all

It is computer based . The mode of paper in English. for one correct is 4 marks and incorrect answer is-1 mark. total mark is 600.
