24 Months2 years M.Sc in Oceanography. This is a 2 years programme for the regular students who have completed B.Sc in Pure (Physical Sciences) and Life Sciences and also in Geography. The degree trains a student in both advanced and applied fields of Oceanography. The specialization areas are in:
Biological Oceanography, Physical Oceanography, Chemical Oceanography, Geological Oceanography, Climate Change, Aquaculture, Fish nutrition, Coastal Pollution, Biodiversity, Marine Microbiology
Eligibility Criteria
B.Sc (Hons) in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Geology, Botany, Zoology, Physiology, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, Geography, Genetic Engineering, and allied subjects; B. FSc. qualified and Fishery graduates are also eligible.
