The UEM campus at Kolkata is a huge campus very strategically located at New Town near IT hub of the state just beside the IIT campus, 15 minutes drive from airport. It is comprised of a 1,36,000 square feet building and another 2 lakhs square feet is being constructed at the moment.

University of Engineering & Management (UEM) aims to provide an international ambience and exposure with innovative teaching techniques and courses which are tailor-made (technical & soft skills) for the job market giving the students the winning edge and competitive advantage during placements.

Very average placement packages as it is a tier 3 college , last year almost 70% were placed and the highest package was 14 lpa and the average package was like 4-5 lpa . The cse department gets good packages usually.

Normal tier 3 college infrastructure , but ut has good labs , many classrioms which are airconditioned but some time we have to sit with 200 other students in combined class 9ther wise the college is ok .

The academics of the college are good the cse branch is very good , the cse teachers are tooo helping , they are always there to clear our doubts . The cse degree is having a lot more job option now days.

The placements of the college is average , like other tier 3 college . Last year 60% students were placed the average package of the college is 5-6 lpa and the max was like around 12-14 lpa package last year .

Bad as the college is too strict

It has a really average infrastructure , the classes are average sometimes we have to sit 6 people in a single bench to do combined class at that situstion its unable to follow class properly but the labs are good .

I am studying cse in the cillege the quality of teaching is pretty good , the teachers are help ful too but the quality could have been far better , the cse branch is really good of the college . overall the academics are good for a tier 3 college

Yeh the collge is pretty good , it contains good labs, nice faculties, the rooms are air conditioned it have all the necessary infrastructure that a college should have . The sports centre is also good with lot of stuffs

College have ministry infrastructure like Wi-Fi laboratory library for centres hostels etc but the thing is Wi-Fi speed is slow, smart board doesn't work properly, there's no remote for the projector in classroom

Here we have a good academic infrastructure but we have to study various more subject like history geography political science and extra which is completely illogical for a student who is pursuing is BTech degree in CSE

Placement is outstanding simply various mass recruiters like TCS extension comes here for on campus placement. The place when cell is actively working so that more students get more placement and placement cell is also making the work or selection easier by conducting a separate test regarding this placement

The per cost of BTech course for doing admission in the year 2023 is 170000 which I feel somewhat more.

Oral swing over this college is that this college as the lot of things to do but it doesn't have four centre its own field and everything is good... The faculties ar just awesome

The college have pretty good infrastructure with good classrooms ,labs ,computers . there are soo many rooms with projector and boards which is really helpful for study. the labs are having ac too , so in summer its too comfortable . the college's living space is also hygienic

for me i think the college is totally value for money , as they are providing good education , it almost cost 86000 per semester but the money is worth totally.

the campus life is also good but the college is a bit strict not like other colleges .we got a basketball ground in college a good library with lot of resources as well as a basement field to play games

Infrastructure is spacious with accomodating classrooms labs and auditorium however it does not have any play area or grounds that should provide a balance between Curricular and extra Curricular Activities.
