ApplyRanked #46 Among Universities in India by NIRF | 1950+ Students Placed 91% Placement, 590+ Recruiters | Last Date to Apply: 23rd June
Hello,
Central University of Jammu is a decent option for BTech, especially in CSE. It has good labs, classrooms, and improving infrastructure.
Campus life is active with fests, seminars, and events.
Placement is average; around 50–60% students placed with 3–4 LPA average package.
BTech admission is through JEE Main.
Hostel and mess facilities are available but basic.
The campus is still developing, so some areas are under construction.
It is a central university with UGC and AICTE approval.
Suitable for students looking for affordable and growing institutions.
Not as established as IIT Jammu.
Hope it helps !
Central University of Jammu for B.Tech is okay but not top.

Hi Shana,
79 marks in M.Sc Atmospheric and 86 for M.Sc physics, seems to be low and chances for admission in University of Hyderabad appears lesser. The CUET PG cut off for general category is 190 and above and for OBC it is 180.
You may try your luck in other colleges like Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in Hyderabad itself.
Good Luck!
No, it is not compulsory to upload an income certificate while filling the CUET PG 2024 form for Central University of Tamil Nadu.
Later, during admission at the university, they might ask for it if
you are applying under EWS or OBC-NCL category
you want to apply for a fee concession or scholarship
So, it's a good idea to keep your income certificate ready, but you don’t need to upload it during the CUET PG application.
HEY THERE!!!
Hii,
CUET does not grant admission to the University of Hyderabad's Computer Science (CS) program. A five-year B.Tech + M.Tech program in computer science is offered by the university. You must take the JEE Main exam, not the CUET, in order to be admitted.
Additionally, you must have completed science courses in your 12th grade, including math, chemistry, and physics. Other courses, such as M.A. or M.Sc., use CUET, but not CS or engineering. Therefore, for CS, get ready for JEE Main rather than CUET.
With a 71 percentile in JEE Main and belonging to the SC category , your chances of securing admission to Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT) at the University of Mumbai are limited.
Consider applying for branches with higher closing ranks, such as Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
Look into private engineering colleges in Mumbai that accept JEE Main scores and have more flexible cutoff criteria.
Participate in Maharashtra's state-level engineering entrance exams (e.g., MHT CET) for better opportunities.
For more information , you can refer to the official website: Mumbai University Admissions (https://mu.ac.in/) .
Definitely, with 76.6% percentage in Class 12 board exams, you are eligible to apply for undergraduate(UG) programs at the University of Mumbai. The minimum marks for most courses is around 45%, but admission is merit-based but popular colleges often have higher cutoffs.
All the best!!!
At Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS):
B.Pharm: Admission is through KEAM. Eligibility: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics, and at least 50% marks.
BPT: Admission is merit-based, depending on 10+2 results with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, and at least 50% marks.
NEET is not required for either course.
Amazing learning experience. You can explore genetics. The campus life is also good. Teachers are good at communication and expertise at the subject. The equipment and laboratory infrastructure is amazing. You can master required skills here.
Outstanding facilities, including WiFi in the library, lecture rooms, and laboratories. Beautiful surroundings and tidy living quarters. Every classroom has a smart board for interactive learning. Infrastructure and education was in high level.
Yes madras University has a huge campus, and surprisingly all the classes have lights and fans which is surprising. It has mediocre canteen facilities, the campus is moderately clean but it could be cleaner. Parking facility is available for staff as well students.
