M.Tech Thermal Engineering: The program admits 18 students, who are considered on the basis of their performance in the relevant entrance examination (GATE) and their academic record of the undergraduate degree in relevant engineering domains.

M.Tech Computer Science and Engineering: Similar to the M.Tech Thermal Engineering, it will admit 12 students through a similar procedure based on the prowess in relevant entrance provisions and undergraduate performance in Computer Science or related fields.
