Every effort has been made to provide the best facilities for students who live on campus. Every student has access to a wide range of activities, facilities, and support. ASCE has four multistoried hostel blocks which can accommodate more than 500 students.

A well-equipped medical center is available on the campus for the students with a resident doctor. Students are also provided Ayurvedic treatments to maintain good health.

A fully equipped gym is available on the college campus.

The central library of the college is equipped with more than 75,000 books, a large number of Indian and foreign journals, and an excellent collection of light reading material. The library also has a large collection of CDs on technical and management subjects along with the required electronic and digital equipment for the use of staff and students. The library has internet connections for referring to e-journals and listening to video lectures from other institutions.

The college has excellent facilities for outdoor games such as cricket, football, volleyball, and shuttle and indoor games like table tennis, carom and chess.

ARSCE has an excellent computer network including 3 servers, 20 workstations, 1000 desktops (INTEL), 50 printers, and over 500 laptops. The highly distributed computing environment is supported by a WiFi network that enables students and faculty to access the internet 24hrs a day.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The college buses, vans, and cars are available for student’s emergency services, student affairs, hostel needs, and college needs. A regular bus is operated from maraimalai Nagar Railway station to the college premises for the benefit of visitors.

The college has department-based laboratories for the students. Civil Engineering Laboratories, Electronics and Communication Engineering Laboratories, Mechanical Engineering Laboratories, Computer Science and Engineering Laboratories.

ARSCE has separate food facilities for students from different states of India, which provides a variety of hygienic food cooked in a traditional and healthy manner.
