The college has a limited number of 90 hostel seats for boys are available. Admission to the hostels will be strictly on merit. Application for admission to the hostels is to be made to the respective Hostel Superintendent in the prescribed form on the day of admission. Necessary payment must be made on the day fixed by the Hostel Superintendent, failing which the allotted seat shall be forfeited. The College Authority reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission to a candidate without assigning any reason. The decision of the College Authority is final and binding.

The College library was started in 1958 – the year of the establishment of the college. In the beginning, it had very few books. Gradually, several collections as well as services have been improved. Now, it has a collection of over 55,000 (Fifty-Five Thousand) copies of text and reference books covering a wide range of subjects. Besides useful journals, magazines and newspapers are subscribed regularly. The institution is in the process of acquiring new online research journals to suffice the academic needs of the teachers and students. In the reading room, attached to the library, textbooks, reference books, journals, magazines, and newspapers can be consulted. Besides, every department has a Departmental Library where useful reference books are available for consultation. To increase reading habits among the users the library committee has introduced the “Best Library User” award which is distributed on the occasion of Librarians Day. Students can surf the computer to check the availability of books they need personally. The college library is fully computerized with the help of ‘KOHA open-source software’. Moreover, internet facilities have been installed for research and advanced studies work. The college also has an institutional repository. A digital Xerox facility is also available for the students. The College has access to many journals online and is also connected to N-LIST library facilities supported by Govt. of India. The library also takes feedback regarding library services from its users regularly.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The College has a canteen which provides wholesome food to the students, faculty, and employees of the college at a reasonable price.

The college has a health center that is open to the neighborhood also. Activities like vaccination, health awareness campaigns, etc. Are also carried out from the Centre in addition to regular medical assistance. A unit of the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) operates from the Health Centre thereby upgrading the facilities. About 10000 patients were handled last year. During the said period 100 antenatal cases were registered and 100 children were immunized. This Urban Health Centre (UHC) is also involved in health policies like RNTCP, Pulse Polio, Aids Control program, JSSK, etc. Dr. R. A. Begum works as a Medical Officer.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. The college has a 24-hour internet facility available for students and faculties. They can use all these internet facilities for teaching, learning, evaluation, research, and communication. 

The college has a gymnasium hall with basic facilities for the benefit of the students and the faculty members.

The college has a big playground with a pavilion for basic provisions for the players.
