Degree wise Admission Procedure
BA LLB: BA LLB is an integrated five-year course at Balaji Law College for all the aspiring lawyers. For entry into this five-year course, admission is strictly based on merit, decided by the merit in the MAH LLB 5 CET. The university has an intake of 130 students for this particular course. The candidate must have completed 10+2 with the requisite minimum marks as stipulated by the concerned authorities.
LLB: For the three year LLB course, Balaji Law College admits students on the basis of their MH-CET LAW performance. This course has an intake of 131 students and can be taken if a student has a bachelors' degree in any stream from a recognized university and the minimum qualifying marks in MH-CET LAW exam.
Diploma in Taxation Law: Balaji Law College offers a Diploma in Taxation Law with an intake capacity of 60. Admission to this course cannot be specified here, but all interested candidates are requested to contact the college in order to find information about the procedure and eligibility.
If you are from outside Maharashtra, then you have to score atleast 100+ in mhcet to secure your seat in top mhcet colleges. Generally the cut off for ILS Pune for outsiders stand for 120 above. So prepare well.

No Balaji Law college does not provide hostel facility for its students. The student can take pg/ private hostel nearby and can attend the classes. There is common room for boys and girls to rest in the campus but there is no proper hostel facility in the campus.
