The College has A fully secured Girl's hostel adjacent to the college and the hospital building is the most outstanding feature of this institute. With a total built-up area of 28000 sq. ft. having 48 rooms providing residential facilities to 196 girl students of this institute. A state-of-the-art building has ample security features where parents breathe easy when their beloved kin is away from home. With an in-campus warden and 24-hour security guards, this home away from home hostel has all the facilities to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. This is a kind of hostel where the students are provided with an attached bathroom facility in their room. While on the one hand, this facility saves much of the time, on the other hand, it serves to maintain the proper hygienic surroundings, both very essential for a growing medical student. The college-run mass provides hygienic & nutritious food to the hostel students at reasonable rates. The fully furnished mess is an added advantage to the bouquet of facilities. With comfortable cots, reading tables, and separate cupboards; the hostel provides every little facility that a growing medical student may need. A separate activity cum entertainment room refreshes the tired doctors and prepares them for long hours of work & study. The daily cleaning of hostel rooms & premises makes it much homely. Students love to stay back and study in the hostel during reading vacation which is self-explanatory for their attachment to the campus. Looking at the enthusiasm and great response shown by the hostel students, the management has considered facilities of a separate Library and Reading room for female students at the hostel itself. This facility shall allow them to study at their convenience.
Baroda Homeopathic Medical College has its own 40-bed full-fledged hospital (covering 65000 sq. ft. area) with all modern facilities for routine & emergency medical care. This well-equipped teaching hospital serves as a boon to the surrounding rural locality. Various consultants both from Homoeopathy and Modern Medicine make efforts to provide primary and secondary medical aid to needful patients. The Paradise Foundation Trust runs this hospital purely on a charitable basis to allow its benefits to be extended to the very low-income generating population. The hospital has a full-fledged Homoeopathic unit where Clinical Teaching and practical Training in Homeopathy is given to clinical students by prominent consultants.
The college library area of 3012 sq. ft. is divided into various different sections e.g. Journal Section, Circulation Section, Stack Area, Reference Section, Acquisition Section, and Reading Hall for staff, U.G., and P.G. Visitors are allowed between 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (only holidays) for a period of 2 hours with a proper entry in the Visitor's Register. Visitors, guests, or well-wishers shall not be permitted to enter the rooms of the hostel without permission under any circumstances and shall be required to wait in the waiting room only. No male guests are allowed to enter the hostel rooms. The parents can be accommodated in the guest room with the prior permission of the Rector by filling out the Guest Room form Guest needs to deposit the room charges in advance. Guest charges: Rs. 200/- per night payable on the same day of arrival of the guest.

The baroda homeopathic medical college, vadodara was established in 1992. It had a high cut off in previous years. In the year 2019 and 2020 cut off in vadodara medical colleges reached around 600 NEET score.
