The College principal is the warden of the hostel. Warden is assisted by the deputy warden and residential tutor. The warden is vested with full powers in the matter of administration and general discipline of the hostel Hotel students are permitted to go home once a month. Permission letters from parents should be received by the principal or warden. The close relatives permitted by the parents are advised to mention the allowed to see the students. For this purpose parents are advised to mention the names of the relatives and their relationship to the students and it should be enclosed along with the admission application form itself, the photo of the relatives and the parents should be affixed to the identity card.

The college Library is housed on the first floor of the main building students shall take books from the library during the prescribed hours of working days seven periodicals are subscribed to every year. Our library has a total collection of 15000 books on various subjects. Each student will be issued only three books at a time. In receiving a book the student should examine the condition of the book. If any damage is found she should bring it to the notice of the librarian. Otherwise, she will be held responsible for the damage found on the return of the book. Normally a student will be allowed to keep a book for 15 days. Strict silence should be maintained in the library.

The College has provided ample scope and facilities for the students for active scope and facilities for the students for active participation in sports and games. Students are participating in state-level, Inter polytechnic Athletic meet for Tamilnadu and Pondycherry. Intramural sports are being conducted to enable the students to participate actively in sports and games. For the second and third-year students weekly one hour is allotted for physical education during their class hours. Regular games classes are conducted for other students from 5.00 to 6.00 p.m.
