If I get 450 marks in NEET can i get admission in your college in MBBS??

Abhinav, you haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, in 2019, under State Quota, the cut offs for Bidar Institute of Health Science for various Categories has been as follows:

General Category: 476

OBC: 463

SC: 390

ST: 463

Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So 450 marks might not help you unless you belong to Reserved Categories. You will have to aim for atleast 525.

The MHRD has come up with a new schedule for JEE Mains, JEE Advanced and NEET 2020. JEE Main examination will be held between 1st-6th Sept, JEE advanced exam will be held on 27th Sept & NEET examination will be held on 13th Sept.
