BVVS Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital, Bagalkot, is one of the quality institutions in Ayurveda. BVVS Ayurveda Medical College has a merit-based admission process, where only the best students are selected for their programs.

BVVS Ayurveda Medical College admission generally takes place along with the entrance examinations at the national level. Application Process

Degree wise Admission Process

BAMS: BVVS Ayurveda Medical College offers intake for 50 seats in a BAMS programme. The applicant's NEET score will hold the basis of admission. However, a pass in 10+2 by a candidate as a compulsory examination with Physics and Chemistry, as compulsory subjects, along with Mathematics or Biology must have been undergone. The course fee for this BAMS would be Rs 332, 750.

MD Rasa Shastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana: This postgraduate course has 5 seats. Admission is done based on the candidate's NEET-PG score. The applicant must have a BAMS degree from a recognized university. The total fee for this course is Rs. 301,500.

MS Shalya Tantra: This is another postgraduate program with 5 seats. Admission to MS Shalya Tantra is also based on NEET-PG scores. Candidates with a BAMS degree are eligible to apply. The total fee for this program is Rs. 301,500.

Eligibility:- You need to score a minimum of 50%-60% in your 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board.

Entrance Exam:- NEET- UG, NEET- UG (National Eligibility- cum- Entrance Test for Undergraduate Programme) is the national-level entrance examination conducted for BAMS admissions all over India. The examination is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) every year. The counselling for the examination is centralised counselling.

Marks Required:- As per new cut-off for BAMS,

1. students belonging to the General category or unreserved quota are required to score minimum marks of 113.

2. For students under OBC/SC/ST and disabilities quota, the minimum mark required for BAMS is 86.

BVVS ayurveda medical college and hospital bagalkot is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Karnataka, Bangalore and recognised by Govt of Karnataka Bangalore & C. C. I. M, New - Dehli . UG course offered here is BAMS (ayurvedacharya). It also offers several PG courses. Admission is through neet exam. Fees is around 9 lac depending on your course. It has both girls and boys hostel including various other facilities.
