I would be judging these two colleges in terms of three factors :-

1. Placements
2. Campus life
3. Return on investment

Regarding placements if you are opting for non core branch in kiit bhuvaneshwar then you would be having upper hand rather than in cipet Ahmedabad. In case of engineering you should opt cipet.

The campus life in both these colleges is a strict one and you don't have the freedom to do anything or roam around after a particular timing in the campus.

In ROI factor cipet ahemdabad will be better because on investment of 10-13 L you would get a decent placement whereas in kiit bhuvaneshwar it would cost around 20L .

Now as you want get admission in this college so for that you have to give a computer based exam ie, JEE entrance exam and basis on the marks you will be getting seat in this college. CIPET or Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and Technology conducts an exam by the name of CIPET Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) to test the eligibility of students for admission to various Plastic Technology programs at the institute. It is conducted once in a year.

The eligibility criteria of the entrance exam depends upon the course you want to pursue. There are different courses of Diploma and UG level at the institute.
