Chettinad College of Engineering & Technology hostel for girls provides well furnished rooms to occupants. The hostel infrastructure provides basic amenities, such as TV room, leisure / sports activities and other such amenities. 

The college has a gym with adequate equipment for athletic and strength training, catering to the mental and physical well-being of college students. The gym has the latest equipment such as weights, treadmill, cycle and other such machines.
