For LLB and BA LLB:

For LLM programmes: Criminal Law and Business Law
1. Obtain the Entrance Examination conducted by the University of Mumbai or the body concerned for LLM
2. Candidates are eligible to apply for the specialisation of LLM offered by CWCLC as soon as the entrance examination result is announced.
3. LLM application form to be filled up with marks obtained in LLB and score in entrance examination
4. Application form duly supported with required documents submitted to the college campus along with the mark sheets of LLB, score card of entrance examination and other relevant certificates.
5. Application fee payment for LLM
6. Those candidates short listed will be invited for interview or further selection process.
7. It will be in the final round on merit of entrance test, marks acquired in LLB, and personal interview if called for.
Diploma programmes, (Cyber Law and Intellectual Property Rights)
1. Sought application submission date from website of college/Admission Department for desired course of diploma programme.
2. Applied for a form of diploma programme.
3. Attach a completed application form with academic certificates, work experience documents in case applicable, and other necessary papers.

Degree wise Admission Process
LLB: The 3-year LLB program at CWCLC has an intake of 240 seats. Admission is based on the candidate's performance in the MHCET Law exam. Eligible candidates must have completed their bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
BA LLB: It has an integrated 5-year program offering 120 seats. The admission procedure is almost the same as the LLB one, and scores from MHCET Law are the key screening factor. Those who have successfully completed 10+2 studies are eligible to apply.
Specialised postgraduate admission in LLM Criminal Law shall be through the merit of a candidate in the LLM Entrance Examination and mark obtained by him in the LLB degree. The programme coursework is about advanced studies in criminal law and allied subjects.
LLM Business Law: Admission into this program also takes into consideration the scores for the LLM Entrance Examination as well as the LLB marks. This course caters to people interested in aspects of corporate and commercial law.
Diploma in Cyber Law: CWCLC provides students and professionals specializing in the cyber law area an opportunity to have this diploma, and admission is also usually based upon the academic work done by the individual and may even not require entering an entrance test.
Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights : This specialized stream of diploma takes up the increased area of the intellectual property domain. Admission could be on any previous academic grade and experience at the workplace in that area, too.
