CIT Coimbatore Facilities

Coimbatore Institute of Technology (CIT), Coimbatore offers some of the best college facilities along with good infrastructure that is required for holistic learning. The 10 acres campus provides its students with all the basic required facilities from stationery to the gym. The institute has a very nicely furnished and well-designed separate hostel facility for both girls and boys within the campus. The library also has a manuscripts rich collection of very rare books, special reports and knowledge resources in all disciplines. Students are offered institutional membership with ESS, ACI, USA and DELNET, New Delhi.
Sports
Sports playground in the campus for carrying extra-curricular activities. The playground is quite large in terms of size and can be utilized for a number of different sporting activities such as cricket, football and basketball among others.
I.T Infrastructure
The college has excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
Cafeteria
The canteen facility at the Coimbatore Institute of Technology serves fresh food and delicacies to students which helps them socialize and maintain their health, similar to home-cooked food at reasonable prices.

College Infrastructure

The hostel mess is not that good , but the infrastructure is pretty decent , mostly sufficient for everyone , including labs and classrooms . It is pretty difficult for day scholars to participate in any kind of sport actually because of the timing , but the club activities are good .

Hostel rooms are very clean and very spacious.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure gives an answer. Yes, It have all the necessary infrastructure,facility and equipments required. The classrooms have all the required facilities like WIFI, ACs , smart boards and the benches are well organised. All the books are available in the library. Equipments required for performing various practicals are available. The campus maintain a green and clean environment. The hostel and hostel mess is very hygienic. All the necessary requirements are well maintained.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is really good and that is being said as of government institute it's really good , there are labs and libraries which fulfills almost every requirements for us to study , so the infrastructure is really good and classrooms are neat though

The distinctions between CIT and TCE (Thiagarajar College of Engineering) are negligible. Select CIT if you're in Coimbatore. Alternatively, select TCE if you are in Madurai or if you believe it is closer to our hometown. The courses offered by CIT and TCE are identical, with the exception that CIT also offers Chemical Engineering. Notably, TCE ranks #1 in research across the nation of India.

If you are interested in taking up B.E and B.Tech courses after your diploma is completed, you must have an average of 40% to 45% in the related subjects. If you want to pursue any b.tech related courses TNEA cutoff 2023 ranges between 1764 - 22689. If you secure a rank that lie in that range you can get seat in CIT. They offer a wide range of courses in various domains.

cut off mark information technology for sc quota

Hi,

Coimbatore institute of technology (CIT) is a well-known private engineering college located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. It was established in the year 2008 by Vigneshwaran Educational Trust and offers various courses such as B.Tech, MCA, MBA etc.. The students are provided with best facilities like hostel facility, library and computer lab etc.. What is the admission procedure? The candidates who have passed class 12 or equivalent examination with minimum 60% marks in aggregate should apply for CIT Admission. They can also fill up their application form online through the official website.

For SC category, the cutoff use to be around 7000 for computer science course, however it depends on many factors like number of candidates appeared.
