Deccan Education Society, Gulbarga is considered as one of the best educational institutions in the state of Karnataka, India for courses dealing with teacher education. Deccan Education Society admission policy is to select the students qualified enough within its diversified streams of education courses. 

Deccan Education Society has also obtained accreditation from National Council for Teacher Education, NCTE, and has four courses on full-time basis. For undergraduate courses such as B.Ed and D.Ed, it is mandatory for the candidates to have passed the higher secondary course (10+2) of a recognised board. Application procedure for Deccan Education Society, Gulbarga are as follows:-

• Eligibility: The candidate must fulfill the academic eligibility criteria of the particular course (B.Ed, M.Ed, D.Ed).
• Application Form: Download from college website or obtain from admission office.
• Filing Application Form: Fill the application form with all necessary personal and academic details.
• Attach Relevant Documents.
• Application Form: The form provided by the applicant should be appropriately filled and sent with the relevant supporting documents to the admission department of the college by the last date fixed by the college.

Deccan Education Society D.Ed Admission Process

The D.Ed course has an intake of 50 seats, and admission is merit-based, conducted on the marks secured in the qualifying examination or entrance examination conducted by the respective state government/UT Administration.

Deccan Education Society B.Ed Admission Process

B.Ed: The B.Ed course at Deccan Education Society, Gulbarga, has an approved intake of 100 seats. Admission is strictly based on merit considering marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The selection process follows the policy of the state government, UT Administration, and the university norms.

B.Ed for Women: It has an approved intake of 100 seats. Admission process is the same as for the general B.Ed programme with merit-based selection based on qualifying examination marks and/or entrance examination results, as decided by the state government and UT Administration.

Deccan Education Society M.Ed Admission Process

The M.Ed course has 50 seats. Admission is strictly merit-based, considering marks obtained in the qualifying examination, entrance examination, or any other selection process as specified by the state government, university, or UT Administration.
