Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, has a wide range of facilities with advanced technologies. The DMS IIT Delhi is having excellent facilities like 5 fully air-conditioned wifi enabled lecture theatres equipped with LCD projectors, an auditorium with a seating capacity of 150, and a central library with a wide range of collections of books, magazines, journals and many more. There are 13 student hostels at DMS IIT named after the mountain ranges of which 11 are boys' hostels and 2 are girls' hostels.
The DMS IIT facilities include a mess facility, wifi/ internet accessibility, a gym, and sports facilities like indoor and outdoor games. There will be a trained warden-in-charge for every hostel. There will be heads for every club like sports, mess and many more. The specific head will be elected by the students. An elected student body with a housing secretary, mess secretary, sports secretary and various secretaries will be elected for various functions along with the club representatives running the hostel functions.
DMS IIT Delhi has eleven boys hostels. Each hostel has a mess, common room, reading room, etc. Other recreational facilities such as gym, sports, etc are also available for the students.
The institute has two hostels for girls. The warden in charge is available at each hostel to take care of the students. Mess is also available to provide food to the students. Students can also enjoy their free time with recreational facilities such as sports, gym, reading room, etc.
Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi has a hospital inside the campus. OPD treatment is available for the students. Pathology lab is also available for blood, urine, stool examination and biochemical tests. ECG and separate X-ray machines are also available. A small ICU with a bed is also provided by the institute for any emergency.
Gymnasium hall is available for the students with all the necessary machines such as treadmill, cross trainer, dumbbells, cycle, yoga mat, etc are available. Students can make use of these machines to stay fit and healthy.
The institute has a central library that has a collection of books working papers, annual reports, audiovisual resources and journals on engineering, science and humanities. Students also have access to e-resources such as INDEST, EBSCO, ACM Digital Library, Capitaline, Sage Management Journals, ISI Emerging Markets, Euromonitor(GMID), Emerald, IEEE, Springer Link and ABI/Inform.
Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi provides indoor and outdoor sports facilities such as badminton, basketball, cricket, football, gliding, gymnastics, hiking and mountaineering, hockey, judo, kabaddi, squash, table tennis, tennis, volleyball, yoga, etc are available for the students. Students are encouraged to participate in these sports competitions. Inter-hostel tournaments are also organised for the students.
DMS IIT Delhi has a well-equipped IT infrastructure such as Wi-Fi-enabled lecture theatres with LCD projectors, air-conditioned laboratories, etc. Internet facility is also provided to the students and staff.
DMS IIT Delhi has two canteens. One is located in front of the hostel which is open from evening to midnight and the other is located near the library which opens during the working hours of the institute. Coffee and cold drink machines are also available at the canteen.
DMS IIT Delhi has a large auditorium that is used by the students to organise guest lectures, seminars, events or annual functions, etc.
The DMS Alumni Relations Committee is a student body consisting of the 1st and 2nd year MBA students under the guidance of faculty coordinator, Dr. Seema Sharma and the head of the department (HOD), Dr. M.P. Gupta. The main objective of the committee is to engage the alumni with the institution in a mutually beneficial manner; the committee organizes several events to achieve this goal. The whole campus is wi-fi enabled. Students and staff can use internet services free of cost.
Swimming pool is also available for the students. Interested students can also learn to swim during their free time.
The institute has various laboratories for each department so that students can have practical exposure. Laboratories such as Research Lab, Simulation Lab, Computational Lab, Behavioral Lab, Strategy and Competitiveness Lab, etc are available for the students.
Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi has a beautiful infrastructure and cleanliness is the main concern. They provided top facilities like Wi-Fi and library access. Food was above average in the mess and canteen and there were multiple food courts on campus.
Being one of the pioneer college in India, it provides all the required facilities, infrastructure and equipment to the students. Those are of international standards with wifi connection all over the campus. They are also maintained with regular maintenance checkup done every month.
The infrastructure and facilities provided by the College for our course is really good . The library online material , sports equipment , hostel , mess , canteen can be found inside the campus of DMS Delhi .
