Consider visiting both institutions, if possible, to get a feel for the environment and resources before making your decision.

Physiotherapists are Doctors and hence they can use the prefix Dr. infront of their name. 

The Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP) has released a notification regarding this. However, you need to register yourself with IAP after the completion of your course. Then you can add MIAP after B.P.T degree.

Both DY Patil's are good but by personal choice Dr DY Patil University ,navi mumbai is good as compare to Dr DY Patil vidyapeeth University , pune
