The College has well sufficient buses - Covering the major areas in and around Coimbatore and Kerala. From ECET, we operate regular buses to Palakkad, Chittoor, Vadakkanchery & Ottapalam in Kerala and Vadavalli, Hopes, Saravanampatty, karumathampatti, Sulur, Ukkadam, Kavundampalayam, Singanallur, Gandhipuram, Pollachi & Anaimalai in Tamilnadu.

The college provides a First Aid box that is available in all locations of the College and also we have an exclusive medical support room to take care of immediate assistance. Hospitals and Nursing Homes are within a radius of 5 Kms and a house transport facility is available for taking students to hospitals and medical centers for immediate attention in any eventuality.

It is one of the best-established libraries and has a large collection of books covering various branches of Engineering and technology science and Technology also Science and Humanities and its related fields. In addition, 6 departmental libraries are available that collectively support the teaching and research activities of the Institute.

The College provides its students with the best state-of-the-art computer lab and research center. A high-speed optical fiber network enables students to access a wide range of services across the campus including all computer labs. The college has a wide range of Software which has been installed to enable the students in mastering the many computer languages and learning to master any new technology.

The college is a well-equipped 1600 square feet canteen facility inside the campus where a variety of snacks and sumptuous lunches are available at nominal rates. A stand-on eating facility for 40 people.

The college has an arrangement with The Lakshmi Vilas Bank for all banking facilities both for students and staff members. The bank has also provided an ATM just outside the main entrance of the college.
