ApplyErode Sengunthar Engineering College, Thudupathi has a student-driven Training and Placement Cell that helps in the campus placement and ensures that the recruitment process is conducted smoothly. The T&P Cell of ESEC also gives career counselling sessions to the students in order to guide them in making career-related decisions. Prospective employers of the corporate field are invited by the Training and Placement Cell of Erode Sengunthar Engineering College, Thudupathi to conduct campus placements. Students are also given internship opportunities in order to gain exposure to the corporate world. Proper training sessions are organised by the T&P Cell of ESEC for the students to develop job-specific skills as well as soft skills which is highly demanded in every potential employee by the recruiters. Erode Sengunthar Engineering College, Thudupathi trains the students to improve their communication skills and get a command over the global language which is English as good communication skills are always a preference of the recruiters visiting the campus for placement drive. The placement process of ESTEC has several rounds such as registration for participation in the recruitment drive, written test, GD and PI. The recruitment process of Erode Sengunthar Engineering College, Thudupathi is given below in details:
STEP 1
Registration for placement: Candidates interested for participation in the placement drive are invited to register for participating in the recruitment drive.
STEP 2
Shortlisting of registered candidates: Based on the academic requirements as demanded by the companies known as pre-hiring demands such as minimum percentage, etc, candidates are shortlisted. Shortlisted candidates are eligible to attend the pre-placement talk conducted by the recruiters.
STEP 3
Pre Placement Talk: Companies visiting ESEC for conducting placement drives deliver a pre-placement talk for the students in order to make them aware of the basic policies followed by the company and give an insight into the company. The pre-placement talk is a two-way communication where students and recruiters interact with each other.
STEP 4
Various Tests conducted by Recruiters: After the pre-placement talk in order to judge the Quantitative aptitude, Logical ability, English competency, Domain knowledge and Suitability towards specific skill-sets of the potential students, these tests are taken and candidates qualifying the test further proceed with the placement process.
STEP 5
Group Discussion: Students clearing the test will further have to participate in Group Discussion which may be on any topic, it can be a social, political, business-related topic, etc. Candidates have to voice their opinion and present their thoughts in front of the interviewers and showcase their oratory skills.
STEP 6
Interview: Candidates have to qualify the interview taken by the companies. Interviews namely Technical Interview, HR Interview, etc are some of the interviews taken in order to judge the personality of the potential candidate.
STEP 7
Making the Job Offer: If the candidate is successful in qualifying all the tests and interviews conducted by the recruiters, they are offered jobs based on their calibre and potential and hence the selected students are successful in securing their future and getting their dream job.

A placement is good in my college but the company is lower but more companies are tied up with my college and I am surely tell placement is good those who want to receive average salary in our college
A good placement is given to good students where they are with good relavent skills and good knowlegde so my college is with good placements and they can 20 companies with tcs, vibro, such as companies

The fees vary from college to college. You can get your Btech done in just 4 LPA or it might take up to 25-30 LPA. Since you've not mentioned the college so, I am helping you out with a general approximation of fees for B.tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. No doubt, the specialization has a very high value in future with good scope in jobs.

So these are the basic things a student has. The fees for each breakdown varies but in general, the total amount after calculating both Hostel and academic fees comes around 2-2.7 LPA per year for specialization as well for a normal degree, there are little chances of difference.
So, for 4 years straight, the candidate has to pay approx. 12-14 LPA.
If you are taking admission through management quota then there are 90% chances of donation-based seat reservation.
