You haven't mentioned your Category but with a score of 520, But in 2019, the cut offs have been as follows:
General: 57491
OBC: 64996
SC:263660
So with a score of 520, you do have decent chances. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
