Gayatri College of Pharmacy, Sambalpur (GCP) is a top-grade institution providing Pharmacy education. For B.Pharma program:

For M.Pharma and Diploma in Pharmacy programs:

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Pharma: The capacity of intake for the B.Pharma course at Gayatri College of Pharmacy is 100 seats. Admission to the four-year undergraduate course is on the merit of the candidate's performance in the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE). Candidates eligible need to have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics.

M.Pharma: GCP provides four specialized M.Pharma courses with different capacities of intake:

  • M.Pharma in Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Assurance (18 seats)
  • M.Pharma in Pharmaceutics (18 seats)
  • M.Pharma in Pharmacology (18 seats)
  • M.Pharma in Pharmacognosy (9 seats)

Candidates are generally expected to hold a B.Pharma degree from a recognized university and perhaps qualify a corresponding entrance test.

Diploma in Pharmacy: The college also offers a Diploma in Pharmacy program with 60 intake seats. 

Documents that have to be submitted for admission usually are:

  • Properly filled-in application form
  • 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates
  • OJEE rank card (if for B.Pharma)
  • Graduation mark sheets and degree certificate (wherever applicable in case of M.Pharma)
  • Category certificate (if applicable)
  • Domicile certificate
  • Passport-size recent photographs
  • Any other documents as specified by the college during admission
