Till now Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC) , the counselling authority for Gujarat state quota counselling has not released any notification or any announcement regarding dates for NEET 2021 counselling so at this point of time it would be very difficult to guide you with the schedule of NEET 2021 counselling for 85% state quota seats for MBBS.
But it is expected to start anytime soon so you should keep regular check on the official website of Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC) as given below :-

GMERS Medical College and Hospital is a Government affiliated college. The college is affiliated by Gujarat University, Ahmedabad . Also it is not possible for you to get a government seat for MBBS or BDS in Indian. Anywyas there are high chances for you to get a government seat for BAMS. Also you could a seat in private colleges through management.
