Till now Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC) , the counselling authority for Gujarat state quota counselling has not released any notification or any announcement regarding dates for NEET 2021 counselling so at this point of time it would be very difficult to guide you with the schedule of NEET 2021 counselling for 85% state quota seats for MBBS.

GMERS Medical College and Hospital is a Government affiliated college. The college is affiliated by Gujarat University, Ahmedabad . NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.
To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-
• General /EWS- 50th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
• General-PwD - 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile
Marks wise cut off is as following-

With the score and category you mentioned, it's very less likely to get admission for mbbs , bda Or ayush courses in government medical colleges under all India qouta and state qouta.
You are neet qualified and are eligible to apply for neet counselling process. However chances are unfavorable to get admission with this score.
You can prepare well and write neet exam to get higher scores in neet 2021.
Orelse you can try admission in management qouta in private colleges.

General Category/EWS: 720-147
OBC: 146-113
SC: 146-113
ST: 146-113
General Category/EWS-PWD: 146-129
With a score of 153, it is difficult for a seat in GMERS. But if you have decided about studying Medicine, you have to reappear for NEET in 2021 and score real good. That will be the only option because with this score, you cannot even get Private Medical Colleges. So you may have to consider appearing for NEET 2021.
