GLC is not on the list of MH CET LLB 2018 Exam participating colleges. You have to fill its form separately. Check here the list of colleges participating in MH CET LLB 2018.

Eligibility for admission in Government Law College, Mumbai for 3 Year LLB Programme is You must possess a Graduate degree in any discipline of any University of Mumbai or an equivalent recognized University of 10+2+3 education pattern. So, yes you can apply for Government law college, Mumbai.

Hi Gauranshi, All you have to do just fill MH CET law examination form. For this first you have to register yourself on the official website after that you will be given an ID and password, which you will be using for your login and after that, you have to fill the form and submit it.
Given below is the official link for 5-year integrated law course of MH CET law 2018. Open the link. Click on the above right corner "Click here for new Registration" button to register yourself after that follow the steps given below.

1. Click on the official link of MH CET Law Application Form
2. Enter basic details including Candidate’s Name, Parent’s Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and E-Mail id and other necessary details as required in MH CET Law Applications
3. Candidates need to set a password, confirm it and sign a declaration for MH CET Law Application
4. Enter the Captcha code and click on ‘Next’ button
5. Verify the details entered in MH CET Law application form and also candidates can edit/ modify any information by clicking on ‘Edit’ button
6. After that candidates can proceed to upload photograph and signature by clicking on Next button
7. Once you had uploaded photo and signature for the MH CET Law application form, click on ‘Bank Challan Slip’ link to generate and remit the application fee for MH CET Law at the nearest SBI branch

Assuming that you're talking about the 3 years course here, I've read somewhere that being within 30–40 in the OMS ranking scheme might lead you to GLC.
