Well it looks pretty tough with 94 marks because the cutoff of previous year of both the colleges were 100 plus. But no one can predict exactly untill and unless the cutoffs are out.

Eligibility for admission in Government Law College, Mumbai for 3 Year LLB Programme is You must possess a Graduate degree in any discipline of any University of Mumbai or an equivalent recognized University of 10+2+3 education pattern. So, yes you can apply for Government law college, Mumbai.

Hi Gauranshi, All you have to do just fill MH CET law examination form. For this first you have to register yourself on the official website after that you will be given an ID and password, which you will be using for your login and after that, you have to fill the form and submit it.

 

Given below is the official link for 5-year integrated law course of MH CET law 2018. Open the link. Click on the above right corner "Click here for new Registration" button to register yourself after that follow the steps given below.

1. Click on the official link of MH CET Law Application Form

2. Enter basic details including Candidate’s Name, Parent’s Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and E-Mail id and other necessary details as required in MH CET Law Applications

3. Candidates need to set a password, confirm it and sign a declaration for MH CET Law Application

4. Enter the Captcha code and click on ‘Next’ button

5. Verify the details entered in MH CET Law application form and also candidates can edit/ modify any information by clicking on ‘Edit’ button

6. After that candidates can proceed to upload photograph and signature by clicking on Next button

7. Once you had uploaded photo and signature for the MH CET Law application form, click on ‘Bank Challan Slip’ link to generate and remit the application fee for MH CET Law at the nearest SBI branch

Candidates can apply for CET by following the mentioned steps below :

  1. Candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of the GLC, Mumbai.
  2. Application form fees for CET is INR 800 (INR 400 for reserved categories).
  3. Admission form is also available on the college campus.
  4. The duly filled application form should be submitted to the college within the prescribed time.

Following documents are required to be attached with the application form:

  • Scorecard of CET
  • The original statement of marks with an attested copy.
  • Original Caste Certificate by students intending to avail benefits of reservation.
  • Passing certificate and certified copy of the document indicating the date of birth, for example, school leaving certificate.
  • Two recent passport size photographs
  • In the case of a student migrating from another University, a Provincial Eligibility Certificate issued by Mumbai University will be required.
  • Application for the certificate is to be made to the Registrar of Mumbai University in the prescribed form along with the fees.
  • In the case of a student passing out from a college affiliated to the Mumbai University, a Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from that college will be required. The application for the T.C. should be sent to college in the prescribed form.
  • Foreign students seeking admission should produce their passport and student visa at the time of admission. Those holding a tourist visa or entry visa will not be considered.

Note: Candidates from outside Maharashtra with a degree from universities located in states other than Maharashtra belonging to any category will be considered as an open category.

Assuming that you're talking about the 3 years course here, I've read somewhere that being within 30–40 in the OMS ranking scheme might lead you to GLC.
