Government Polytechnic, Buxar Admission Process
The admissions at Government Polytechnic Buxar are done on the basis of the DCECE exam conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECE). Lateral admissions into the third semester are done on the basis of the BCECE LE exam. There are 60 seats available for each of the engineering branches translating into a total of 240 seats at the institute.

I studied Diploma in Civil Engineering at Government Polytechnic, Buxar. The reason behind opting this particular course was simply because I wanted to do it. I also appeared for the JEE Mains examination, and the seat was alloted to me on that basis only. The curriculum was updated. The course that was Civil Engineering definitely prepares us to be job-ready.
