Government Polytechnic, Chamoli, is a highly reputed technical institution situated at Gauchar in Uttarakhand. Diploma in Civil Engineering with Environmental and Pollution Control: An intake of 40 is offered in this program. The program integrates civil engineering principles with environmental and pollution control, thus paving the way for sustainable construction practices in an environmental context.

D.Pharma (Diploma in Pharmacy): The diploma in pharmacy program offers an intake of 40 to fulfill the requirements of candidates pursuing pharmaceutical sciences. This program studies drug formulation, dispensing, and pharmacy management in a very precise manner.

Diploma in Information Technology: This program has 30 available seats and aims to update IT knowledge and skills for students in programming, database management, and network administration.

Diploma in Electronics Engineering with Consumer Electronics: Admission is offered with 30 seats for this program in the field which specializes in consumer electronics devoted to electronics engineering, thus preparing students for an ultimately demanding life in the field of electronics.
