Physical Scrutiny Mode:

• If candidates don't have access to a mobile phone or computer, they can still register online at the nearest Facilitation Center (FC). 

• After registration, they can choose a convenient slot for document verification at the FC. 

• They’ll need to fill out the online application form and scan and upload documents by themselves at the FC. 

• The verification and confirmation of the application form will be done at the FC.
