Moreover,indira gandhi group of Institute is a private college and approved by state nursing council and indian national council.

I hope you are talking about the Indian Nursing Council here. It is always better to take admission into universities that are recognised by such national councils. When it comes to such colleges they would be functioning under the guidelines of INC and you will have a safe campus and academics environment. Plus INC recognised colleges definitely tend to have more placements than the one's not recognised.
