The institute believes that hostels help to develop group dynamics amongst students and widen their socio-cultural horizons as well. Keeping this in mind, we have made provision for excellent hostel facilities (separate for boys) for the desirous students. The institution provides excellent playfields, a gymnasium, and a cultural hall for sports and extracurricular activities for fuller development of the student's personality. The hostels are spacious and well furnished with modern amenities. The institute provides a separate Fully furnished Hostel for boys. It is home away from home.

IES Institute of Technology and Management, Bhopal has a girl’s hostel on its campus with affordable accommodation with 24x7 security to the hostel. The rooms are fully furnished with attached bathrooms and beds.

IES Institute of Technology and Management, Bhopal has a medical centre inside the campus with nurses and a doctor who visits campus weekly and during emergencies. The college also has a first aid facility.

IES Bhopal has a gym with a wide collection of equipment and exercise machines. There is also a trainer provided in the gym to help students to maintain their physical fitness as well as mental fitness.

IES Bhopal has a library with a collection of books and journals, course-related books, international journals, magazines, electronic resources and books on a wide range of topics. Students can access books of their choice.

To ensure the Physical fitness of the student ample sports facilities have been created within the campus which comprises indoor and outdoor games.

The college has Well equipped and well-furnished air-conditioned computers labs existing with all the modern and latest facilities of the internet and a power backup system accommodating about 700 candidates at a time.

The canteen is the heart of every college or institution. It caters to the basic needs of everyone. A canteen is a place where everyone i.e. students, teachers, and other staff members can relax in a comfortable atmosphere and discuss issues on different matters. The college canteen is much more than merely an eating place. It ensures rejuvenation of the body and spirit by providing a space for healthy interaction amongst students. The canteen provides healthy, tasty eatables, fresh fruit juices, hot and cold drinks to the students at subsidised rates. The location of our college canteen is such that it is easily approachable from all the departments.

There is a spacious and well-equipped auditorium inside the campus. The auditorium is used to conduct various events, workshops, conferences, functions and many other things. All the main events take place in the auditorium.

The Institute has spacious and air-conditioned laboratories for the students. There are departmental-based laboratories at IES Institute of Technology and Management, Bhopal.

A well-furnished fully Air-conditioned guest house aesthetically designed with all modern amenities containing one VIP suite and 4 AC Deluxe room with boarding facilities with a lush green kitchen garden.
