IMA Bhubaneswar Facilities

Institute of Mathematics and Applications provides various infrastructural facilities to the students and faculty such a library with a collection of books, separate hostels for boys and girls, computer lab to give them practical knowledge. Various other facilities like internet, etc are also available for them.

Library: IMA has a well-stocked library that contains various mathematical, financial, computational and related books, journals and magazines.
Hostels: The Institute has separate hostels for boys and girls. The Hostel Canteen serves nutritious and healthy food cooked under hygienic conditions.
Computer Labs: IMA has well equipped and air-conditioned lab with servers and a number of PCs. Students can make use of laboratories to get practical experience.

Boys Hostel
The College provides an in-campus hostel facility for boys separately. The excellent study environment and sophisticated accommodation of the hostel accelerate the research potential of the students as well as research fellows. A limited hostel facility will be provided to the students.
Girls Hostel
The College provides an in-campus hostel facility to girls separately. The excellent study environment and sophisticated accommodation of the hostel accelerate the research potential of the students as well as research fellows. A limited hostel facility will be provided to the students.
Library
The College has a well-stocked library with more than 5000 latest references on mathematical, financial, Computational, and related subjects as a professional journal both national and international, which collectively support the teaching, research, and extension programs of the Institute. All students, faculty members, and employees of the institute are entitled to make use of the library facilities by taking library membership. The Library, besides having a huge collection of books on engineering, science, and humanities offer library services through its various Division.
I.T Infrastructure
The Institute has two well-equipped and furnished air-conditioned Computer Laboratory hosts with servers and a number of PCs. HP/Compaq, IBM, etc are running different Operating systems like Windows/Linux. All the systems are connected with Windows and Linux Domain separately. Also configured with a network Laser printer, scanners, and other network devices.
Cafeteria
The college has a cafeteria facility for all the staff and students.
Wifi
The college has a wifi facility for all the students and staff.
Sports
The college has sports facilities for all students.
Alumni Associations
The college has good networking for the alumni association.

Hello Kunal,

I would like to request you that kindly mention the name of the college and the stream you have chosen so that I will be able to guide you correctly and in an organised manner.

Without knowing the basic details i won't be able to tell you anything. If you are into engineering stream then you have to go through entrances. Now from this year , in commerce stream also you need to give entrances.
