The admission in this program depends on the performance in 10th standard examination and any other stipulations given by the state polytechnic admission authority.

Diploma in Computer Engineering: The institute offers 60 seats under this program. This course aims to bring students up to speed on current developments in computer engineering and information technology. Admissions are conducted the same way as in other diploma programs, relying on performance in the 10th standard examination by applicants.

Diploma in Electronics Engineering: This program too admits 60 students. The program aims at establishing a firm grounding in principles and applications of electronics engineering. Entry is through a merit list based on the 10th standard spine graduation and any other criterion laid down by the institute or the state admission authority.

All these diploma courses are three-year full-time courses in which students acquire a good technical capability in their respective areas of specialization.
