Jawahar Lal Nehru Polytechnic, Sitapur Admission Process

Jawahar Lal Nehru Polytechnic (JLNP), Sitapur, is one of the oldest and most highly regarded technical institutes in Uttar Pradesh, India. JLNP Sitapur provides different diploma courses across various streams in engineering. JLNP Sitapur is famous for its extensive technical education and maintains a tie-up with the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).

Admission process in JLNP Sitapur is just and transparent to accept meritous candidates for the different courses of diploma. The institute has an intake of a total of 1,552 students across all its programs, thus remaining an important center of technical learning in the region.

The minimum eligibility qualification for admission in diploma courses of JLNP Sitapur is normally passing 10th standard (or equivalent) from a well-known board. Academic qualifications, however, would differ based on the selected program.

Application Process

Diploma Courses: JLNP Sitapur conducts 10 diploma courses in engineering streams. Every course takes in 60 students. Admission is based on merit and as per the rules of the state technical education board.

Each one of these courses has the character of three-year full-time courses. These courses focus on providing the students with a solid foundation in theoretical aspects along with practical skills in the field they opt for.
