JNNCE Shimoga admissions to the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses are done through entrance exams. Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering Shimoga admissions are granted to the candidates who meet the eligibility criteria for a particular course. For JNNCE admissions the entrance exams accepted by the institute are COMEDK UGET, KCET for UG B.Tech courses.

• Firstly, candidates have to meet the eligibility for the courses,
