JK Padampat Singhania Institute of Management and Technology (JKPSIM), Gurgaon, is one of the leading postgraduate institutions in management education. PGDM- PG Management (Post Graduation Diploma in Management) at JKPSIM probably is a two-year full-time course having an intake of 120 students. Admission to this course might be based on performance shown by the candidates through a national-level management entrance exam followed by a personal interview and group discussion. This course motivates the students to develop managerial and leadership skills and prepares them for a number of roles in the corporate world.

PGDM Banking and Insurance Services: This specialized PGDM program offers an orientation in the banking and insurance industry with an intake of 60 students. The admission process is similar to the general PGDM program, but with an additional criterion or some preference given to candidates with work experience or academic qualifications in the finance field or related fields. The growth in demand for professionals with skills in banking and insurance has prompted the introduction of this program.
