Good encouragement towards sports and academics

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

There are all facilities provided in good number. The classrooms are not congested and as per our requirements. There are projectors in most of the classes. We have many halls and Auditoriums with AC facility. There is AC in labs too. The canteen is not that good and needs to improved but the food is awesome there. It is maintained neat and clean.

    Academics

I am doing a course in BTech and my course is ECE because I like the subject. The quality is teaching is good. The thing which I like the most is there are strict rules regarding malpractice and so the exams will be conducted very efficiently. There are minotr exams and assignments to keep us in touch with the concepts taught in the class. My syllabus is updated and on par with the current technology.

    Placements

There are many placements in our college and over 600 students have been placed i.e. more than 60% of my college's final year students strength. That's a good achievement according to me as many students get selected. The placements are of 5 lakhs per annum range and the highest is around 22 lakhs per annum. The placements for this year are still going on and till now more than 40% of the students got placed.

    Value for Money

There are no industrial visits taken by our college and so I feel these kind of trips should be encouraged more so that we get practical knowledge too. But apart from that, I feel I am getting the worth I paid.

    Campus Life

It is very good engineering college who wants to excel in sports along with academics. It is one of the top engineering colleges in warangal with sports.

    A college with all facilities

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

The college is good in its architecture so we have good infrastructure and facilities. The college is very old, so some of the blocks look old. One of the boys hostels was built recently. There are hostels for girls too and both the hostels have wifi facility. There are many trees in the campus and the campus looks fresh but there is litter on the sides of the road. Other than that, everything's neat.

    Academics

I am pursuing CSE in KITSW and the academics is also good in KITSW. It is the 2nd best college engineering college in Warangal after NIT. So, the quality will obviously be good. There are frequent exams to keep us updated with the portion and the syllabus is also updated too. I feel our syllabus is enough for a CSE student to get a job.

    Placements

The placements are also good. We get many placements and especially for our branch i.e. CSE and so we have maximum advantage of placements in this campus. The college provides campus recruitment trainings also. I don't have much knowledge on the packages but as far as I am concerned, the average package is around 4 lakhs per annum. Some of the companies are Value labs, Infosys, TCS etc.

    Value for Money

My course costs 127500 and I felt too costly in the beginning but after a few days I totally forgot that because the environment here is like that with good academics and various other cultural activities and sports. We get a lot of support from the college to attend other events conducted in other colleges. I am getting all the encouragement that I need and I am getting the worth I paid.

    Campus Life

Campus life is awesome. Our college has a open gate system. There are all facilities inside the campus itself and that's what I like and I don't like the college canteen because it's too conjusted to sit but the mini canteen is good. Everyone is good here including the faculty. Our college is opposite to Erragatugutta and very safe. It can handle all emergencies.

    Best college in Warangal city.

    College Infrastructure

In terms of infrastructure KITS is one of the best college in warangal city. We have upgraded classrooms to facilitate teaching through modern tools and techniques. Our college is endowed with hostel and medical support to students. We have WiFi throughout the college and also provided in hostel..we also had a best library and also a digital library which helps students in many ways. Our college is a green campus.

    Academics

I'm studying computer science and engineering, because I am interested in coding. The quality of teaching is good and our curriculum really plays a crucial role in all the lives of students and also increases our moral values. Yes, off course our curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the filed

    Placements

The quality of placements is good. The highest salary package offered was 22 lakhs and it goes to a computer science engineering graduate. The average salary offered was 50 thousand. Our college is very well supportive to the students at the time of placements.

    Value for Money

My course costs 1,27,500.yes off course I feel I'm getting my moneys worth. I feel it because the staff who are teaching are all very well qualified and most of them had completed their PhD and some are managing both teaching and their research work. It may sound that all the teachers do the same thing in all the colleges but our teaching staff are better than them because the way they teach is more effective.

    Campus Life

It's best features are it is endowed with all the facilities that the students can enjoy and feel comfort. We have many computer labs which are provided with high Internet service and air conditional throughout the halls. And coming to worst features is our canteen is small and we don't have a facility to take out a printout from internet(as I live in college hostel, I personally many times felt about this)

    College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is pretty good. The facilities are all provided and good here. Coming to the library, though it is not so well equipped, it provides us with all the stuff required. There are boys hostels and girls hostels too. We have a Xerox counter in our campus itself.

    Academics

I am studying Computer Science and Engineering in this college and I am in first year. I like to do programming and so I chose this college. Coming to the faculty, every lecturer from lab assistant to a professor is well qualified and provides us quality education. The syllabus is updated and taught well. It depends on the type of job whether our syllabus is enough or not.

    Placements

Though our college isn't in the top 10 engineering colleges through EAMCET in Telangana, it offers us with best placements of very good quality. The average package might be around 4 lakhs per annum. Most of the packages go to CSE and the highest is around or more than 10 lakhs per annum by Value Labs.

    Value for Money

My course costs 1.20 lakhs per year. I pretty satisfied with the amount and the quality of education the college provides. Education includes academics as well extracurricular activities. So our college not only focuses on academics, it believes in the overall development of a student.

    Campus Life

The only thing I regret is my college canteen as it doesn't look that good when compared to other college's canteens but no doubt it serves us the best food. There are many clubs for students to join like NCC, NSS etc. The teachers help us alot and are really supportive. The college provides good security and very safe it is. The college can handle emergencies too.

    College Infrastructure

The college looks great and has good infrastructure with well equipped classrooms and labs. There is WiFi facility throughout the campus. There is canteen open till late night so that hostels can have access too. The canteen is kept neat and clean but too small and looks very old.

    Academics

As I just completed my first semester recently, I don't have knowledge on all the faculty of my department and my department is Computer Science and Engineering. The lecturers whom I faced are awesome and their way of presentation is good. The syllabus was an updated one.

    Placements

Most of the placements in the college are for us and most of the companies hire for a package of 5 lakhs per annum. The companies are also from a very bood background. My college provides training to third year students in their summer vacation for campus recruitment.

    Campus Life

My experience at this college is very memorable though I am first year student. The lecturers are great in communication. There are many fests and programs oraganised. There are even inter college competitions held in our college. The college has good security system.

    Value for Money

My course cost me around 1 lakh 20 thousand , which I felt too high. But I feel whatever the amount I pay is acceptable by the way of education the college provides to us. I feel I'm getting my money's worth

It’s one of the most clean hygiene college I’ve ever seen. It also consists of a huge library with endless knowledge. The sports are pretty amazing with some cool equipment as well. The whole campus is wifi secured and they all are maintained pretty good

    Academics

The teaching faculty are pretty strict and friendly at the same time which is easy for any one to mingle with the faculty and take the educational standards to a high level.currently am in 1st year of cse and I’ve gone a long way in C language and even started c++ the faculty always helps me a lot to improve my ideas and skills on developing.

    Placements

Placements are pretty decent but not as other deemed colleges ,mostly students with 8+ Cgpa have good decent placements in the college and of course it all depends on skill if u have skill that will make u a good expert in ur stream then u are ensured that u will get the placement.

    Value for Money

Totally worthful for what i pay.it costs nearly 1.5L per annum for tuition fee .it is because the education we get here is more effective as per my knowledge. As i am local person i take college transportation so it takes additional cost.a

    Campus Life

Our college campus is so spacious and we have different blocks for different departments.different activities like bloodcamps donations sports NCC camps takes place.even we have ambulance for emergency sake

    College Infrastructure

Doesn't have AC for comfort of students which is inconvenient and almost many of the windows are broken..chalk/black boards are still being used which is worse maybe they should be changed to white boards..washrooms are unhygienic at times..Wifi not available and it's not a big issue if labs are available for use which will mostly not be..Food is not bad..can consume..at times(60%) HORRIBLE

    Academics

I'm studying CSE.90% of the CSE Lecturers have less teaching knowledge and unclear way of explanation..rest are good but can't convey the concept properly.Curriculum is not bad but should've focused on current most popular programming languages in a good order and should stop focusing on marks rather have to focus on CONCEPT!!

    Placements

It's very bad..80% of placements are from TCS which'll mostly offer less salary..40% of students are placed MAYBE..highest salary MAYBE 8LPA..avg salary should be 3LPA..90% of the placements are from external companies but not from companies which come to the college because of merit students

    Value for Money

2LPA is the fee..I don't feel comfortable and satisfied because of less facilities in class room in which we've to sit for so long time

    Campus Life

Canteen food can be dangerous/unhealthy at times cause of unhygienic conditions which is one's choice to consume..playground is available which can be used at any time(*before night) and one & only GOOD THING ON CAMPUS
