I'm blessed to be here in this college
Going fabulous
No I'm just blessed to be here nothing else one of the top colleges of du
Certainly the infrastructure is good but not as per the quantity of the students studying there College has a beautiful and a huge ground with washroom facility in both the floors the infrastructure of this college is good but not as per the quantity of the students stud
I'm studying bachelors of commerce from this college and The staff there is really helpful and supportive not only towards their own field but also in other areas. Along with the positively competitive encounter of this college the practical applications are also taught there.
The placement cell of this college is really active and comes up with constant job offers from various companies average salary provided by kamala nehru college is around 4 to 7 lpa where 4 is certainly the minimum. And highest as gone above 15 lac.
Bachelors of commerce from kamala nehru college is around 10,000 for one year that is 30,000 for 3 years in Total The college provides diverse range of experiences whether through societies or various events it organises.
One of The most beautiful experiences to get is sitting in the college ground alongwith your colleagues in winters. Students can play badminton football etc Based on their areas of interest they can become a part of any society they relate with Even though it a women college but the experience it provides is really worth having. Location is really posh with proper connection to transport and metro station and it's near AIIMS.
The college have only one building and every single time students have to fight for the chairs and tables other than this the ground is big enough and also the library has three storey which have very good collection of books. Even the washrooms are not clean.
The course which I got that is BA in Political science and office management was not which I preferred for and I got because of CUET. The syllabus of political science is good but the syllabus of office management is not relevant as it has subjects like stenograpy
The placement cell is active all the time but the companies that come for placement and the package that offer is not up to the mark. The internship is not also up to the mark most of them are unpaid otherwise the placement of this colleges from poor to average.
I think it is value for money. My degree costed 12k per annum.
I don't think there is any campus life as it only have only one building ,coming to the annual fest, out of 3 years of my degree only one year was nice.
The infrastructure is mid mid. The clsssrooms are okay but the tables and chairs are wooden and some are broken too. The fans don’t work sometimes and there is no air conditioning. We have a WiFi connection that works well though.
Academics is up to the mark. We learn a lot from our teachers through practicals and seminars. The teachers are well trained and supportive at the same time. We are tested not just on the basis of theory tests but vivas, presentations, and practicals also.
The placements are good with a package of 4/5LPA which is good only according to me after completing a bachelors degree. The placement cell informs us about the companies coming to college for recruitment which makes it easier for us to research about them.
Our fees is 10 thousand per year. This is very affordable. We get to experience, explore, and learn so many new things and try new things. There are so many opportunities for us, in every aspect. It’s literally uncountable. So it’s definitely worth it!
We have an amazing campus life, I love the fact that we have animals also in our campus. There’s a particular dog in our college which has been named “Kamala” after our college and it’s just so sweet. I love the campus life, every other day there is some fest or some workshop happening. Everyday is exciting.
The infrastructure is average, we have a big library, a massive ground where all fests and activities are held. But the classrooms are very average, we have wooden table and chairs and some of them are broken too. There is no air conditioning too.
We get to learn a lot from this college. The staff and teachers are very supportive and help us whenever required. There are many workshops, vivas, presentations conducted that help us gain knowledge other than the bookish theory. Academics is amazing.
I would say the placements are average. Some of the top companies come to our college for placements but the packages offered are pretty average for an undergraduate student. There are several stages of placements too and after so much hard work you expect something more, in my opinion the placements are average.
This is a no question asked. Our fees is literally 10k per year which is like so less if you compare them to private colleges. The facilities we get are much more so the value for money is completely justified. It’s worth it.
I love the campus life, we have so many places in the college itself to hangout with our friends. So many extracurricular activities are held that keep us occupied, so many societies are there to be a part of, I just like everything about campus life.
Infrastructure is not very good as compared to private college. The classroom seats are generally broken, we don’t have ac and dusting summers it gets really difficult because of the heat but can’t expect much from a college whose fees is only 11k so okay
Academics is top knotch. We get to experience so many things and learn so much from the seminars, workshops, society webinars. The teachers are also very supportive and most importantly we don’t have an attendance issue but the syllabus is never rushed and we understand everything so academics is very good
Placements are mid in my opinion. Though top companies come for recruitment but the packages they offer are like 3LPA or 4LPA which is very less in my opinion if you are expecting to do a 9-5 job. The placement process is understandable but stressful at the same time.
The value for money is incredible. Like you’re getting to learn and explore so much in just 10/11k per year, I mean as compared to private colleges this is so so pocket friendly and the main part is we get to experience so much. It’s just worth it.
We have an amazing campus life, I love it. A large ground to play, where we sit in the winters and have sunlight. A massive library, a hygienic canteen, so much greenery and so many places to go and sit and just be there it’s just lovely
Kamala Nehru College has a clean canteen, a sports center, a library, a big ground where all feats are held and well-maintained classrooms. The campus is tidy, and every facility is operational and well-used.
My college guarantees work preparation with its modern programs and knowledgeable faculty. Good instruction across a range of subjects bridges the gap between academics. We have diverse courses and provide us opportunity to even opt for courses irrespective of our courses.
Some of the top corporations come to campus for placement. Students receive training when they sit for placements but the packages pretty average according to an undergraduate degree. There are several levels for selection.
The fees is affordable, guaranteeing high-quality education, extracurricular activities, and other seminars and workshops. Compared to other colleges, it’s very economical.
We have a lively campus which encourages safety. All of the college fests, societies workshops, etc are held there. We have a very green campus. Overall, amazing!
Kamala Nehru College (KNC), a part of Delhi University, is known for its impressive infrastructure and eco-friendly campus. Spread across a serene and green environment, the college provides a vibrant space for academic and extracurricular pursuits. The classrooms are well-equipped with projectors and modern seating arrangements, ensuring a comfortable learning experience. The library is a highlight of the college, featuring an extensive collection of books, journals, and digital resources, alongside a quiet reading room for students. KNC’s auditorium is a hub for cultural events, seminars, and workshops, boasting excellent acoustics and ample seating capacity. Additionally, seminar halls are equipped with audio-visual aids to support academic activities. The college emphasizes sports and fitness, offering facilities for basketball, badminton, and indoor games, along with a well-maintained gymnasium. These encourage students to maintain a healthy balance between academics and physical well-being. The cafeteria is another student favorite, serving a variety of hygienic and affordable food options that cater to diverse tastes.
I m pursuing h com honors and the professors are excellent here. They know everything and reach every well. Very satisfied with the teaching of professors from commerce background. They have good nature too.
Currently in second year but as much as I have heard about placements, I think few students are able to get it but the rest who still have potential get eliminated in the Gd round so uhm it's okayish
Being a part of Delhi University, and from commerce background the fees is very low and this, it is quite affordable
It's okayish but a Lil boring at times when ur frnds are absent
Nopes :)
College infrastructure is really good but we are facing problem because this time du had admitted more students so it is creating problem in sitting in class because it creates lot of ruckus apart from it everything is very Charming ,our canteen our chaupal our ground and many more ,knc had a small campus but it's a family we have a separate two floor building of library in which all.kind of books r there from minor to major and having more that 5 female washrooms too, separate computer lab ,gym, dance room, singing room, happiness station, auditorium, two conference rooms and many more .more than 3 sweepers r there in each floors
Faculty is very very qualified, they taught is in flexible languages as well as in easy language tooo because students are from leh to kanyakumari and porbandar to arunachal so Faculty taught us in very flexible way it's 100/100. I am studying geography honours in which I have 3 core subjects .one subject is taught by two different teachers .because of huge strength we r divided in groups so that our teacher could focus on us more
As I'm the new one in knc but I got to know that each year minimum 14 placements have been provided by knc ,with huge competition mostly placements r provided to journalism students and commerce background students . Package -50k-75k College is really supportive but not aware more about it
I've pyee 11k for my 1st semester Money value is completely worth even it's more than this.
As I've mentioned before we have many many rooms for extra curricular activities .as I am geo girl so I could tell u that we have a separate geo lab consisting of huge maps ,tracing tables ,scaled and many more There are many societies in our college like western dance , singing, sports, debate, placement, hariyalietc It is in south Delhi where Manu of embassies are there also it is near the area of cantonment, completely safe are it iss...
Minister of youth affairs and sports had coke to our college in month of November, also girls of our college have been the part of g20 summit as volunteers, many public figures have come there tooo...
Infrastructure is good and well maintained. Though the campus is quite small, it comprises of all the basic infra like an auditorium, basketball court, ground, canteen and enough no. of classes. Libraries have all the required books at all times and medical room is also present. The feel of the whole campus is warm and homely. The only negative is the unavailablilty of a girls washroom on the ground floor of the building.
Good experience with professors so far. Nice teaching, regular classes and the typical “cancelling class an hour before” hasn’t happend to me yet. So overall pretty good. Most faculty is young and up to the date, so the teaching gets even better.
The placement are decent, but needs a lot of hard work to get. Companies like the Big4 and many more hire from here. So, KNC can give you a good kick start in your career. The best placements are for BCOM H, ECO H nad our star department i.e Journalism H!
Like any government college, the fee is very low. With all the facilities and the course, i feel i am getting MORE than my money’s worth :)
A lot of societies and active ones too. The fashion society of KNC is amazing. Sports teams for all department, fests and carnivals everything is there and happens. Nevertheless, Campus life is VERY average due to the location of campus. Nothing real to do where the college is located. Another girls college is just beside ours, but honestly that’s that. No nearby places to hangout and chill with your friends
