KMIPS Rourkela boys’ hostel amenities are done in an attempt to provide these students with their own privacy and comfort zones. Each of the rooms is spacious, well-ventilated, and luxuriously designed to accommodate the needs of a maximum of three students.

Continuous updations are made in the KMIPS Rourkela library with newer editions of books so that the students remain updated with the newer inventions and anything new happening around them. Besides general books on Pharmacy, the library also subscribes to many journals, newsletters, and newspapers of national and international repute along with local publications. 

Flame Photometer, KF Titrator, and Color Meter for testing and quality control for the formulation of the medicine. Besides these, there is also a Drug Museum being maintained by the institute where modern drugs are displayed so that, students of the institute remain updated with the latest inventions going on in the world of pharmaceutical sciences.

It has specialised laboratories to provide a variety of platforms and computing environments for UG, PG, and Research students. The centre is always functional with some servers and over 70 Pentium-IV computers in LAN settings and Wi-Fi connectivity systems
