Hello
The only govt college you have chances of getting in is rajah muthiah medical college having the lowest cutoff for BC category that is 296 . Other government colleges in Tamil nadu have a higher cutoff usually 330+

Hello Erica
Yes you can get admission in some private colleges as there are many Colleges whose cutoff is quite low as the seats are not filled up during counseling so to fill up the remaining seats the provide admissions even in low marks.so yes you can get admission in some of the private colleges for example Dy Patil medical college cutoff dropped to 130 marks in the previous years.
Thanku

Donation in private college in India is 40 lacks to 80 lacks + annual university fees.Neet PG- fees started from around 6lakhs per annum(Karnataka ) to 80 lakhs per annum(in Karnataka for NRI/management). For deeemed colleges it was from around 16 lakhs to 50 lakhs per annum basically , it may cost you around( 60-80 lakhs)+ college fee,the college fee varies in different colleges.

In Southern India college fees can be as high as 40lakhs for 4 and 1/2 year , 20-25 lakhs in Eastern India.

Clinical seats = above 1 crore (in total), similarly for for other branches amount depends on respective branch.
