In neet 2019 , 585 marks was the lowest marks required for general category for getting a seat in Karnataka under all India quota and it was for C. Institute of Medical Sciences, Chamarajanagar and few others
But cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
So , you should try to get at least around 600 marks to be on the safer side in your neet 2020 examination

KIMS ( Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences) Bangalore, is amongst the top medical colleges of India. So, it is tough to get into that college.
The cutoff is maximum for general category students. So, you may need to score atleast 600+ to get admission in this institute.

You haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, KIMS is a Private Medical College which has Government Quota, Management Quota and Private Quota. If you belong to General Category and you want to secure a seat under Government Quota, you should atleast aim for 450-475. If you belong to Reserved Categories, you need to score between 400-450. Now please remember that cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
