Kandivli Education Society's Jayantilal H Patel Law College, Mumbai, is a reputed institute for legal education approved by the Bar Council of India. The college follows a rigorous admission process based on the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Law (MHCET Law) for all its courses. Degree wise Admission Process

B.L.S. LL.B.: This is an integrated 5-year program with an intake of 240 seats. Admission is based on the MHCET Law score, followed by participation in the Centralised Admission Process (CAP).

LL.B.: The 3-year LL.B. program has 180 seats. Candidates must qualify in the MHCET Law and go through the CAP for admission.

LL.M.: The college provides different specializations in LL.M. Business Law (60 seats), Criminal Law (30 seats), Constitutional Law (15 seats), and Intellectual Property Rights (15 seats). All the LL.M. programmes are done on MHCET Law, after which it is selected on CAP.

PGD Programs: The college offers one-year Postgraduate Diploma courses in Intellectual Property Rights, Cyber Security, and Taxation Law, each with an intake of 60 seats. Though specific admission procedures for these courses are not detailed, they probably follow a similar process based on MHCET Law scores.
